Daniel Ziesmer will be presenting at the ISSA International Conference again this year, on the topic of: “Death by a Thousand Paper Cuts: The Small Business Security Problem“.

Did you know there is a massive technology infrastructure that is barely secured, seldom monitored, and its security risks almost completely unknown? It supports 1/3 of the entire U.S. workforce, and 98% of all businesses in the United States: it is the infrastructure of businesses with less than 100 employees. Small businesses seldom have the resources of larger companies to invest in expensive technical solutions or risk management leaders, and yet their functions are critical to ever economic sector, and must still meet the same security expectations as any large enterprise.  Daniel will explore this segment, and help attendees discover how even the smallest organizations can find cost-effective solutions to establishing critical security controls.

The ISSA International Conference is being held in Atlanta, GA, and will be co-located with the Cyber Atlanta 2018 conference.  Members of ISSA get a discount on the conference costs, and even bigger discounts can be had if you are willing to do a little volunteer work to support the conference activities.  As a bonus, attendees to the ISSA conference will get full access to the Cyber Atlanta 2018 activities as well.

All of the details on the conference can be found here.

We hope to see you there!
